In the middle of December I had the amazing experience of going out to Las Vegas, Nv for a week to capture the wedding of Liz and Mike Dasch. I always love to shoot destination weddings because it gives me the chance to spend a little more time with my clients and capture the days leading up to and after the wedding. Liz and Mike are a phenomenal couple and wanted to get married in a bit of a different way than your standard church and reception hall wedding. They brought a group of their friends and family out to Las Vegas with the plan of making their wedding the best time that they could ever imagine, and the plan worked! Liz and Mike got married the way they wanted to, and we all had a blast throughout the entire trip!
Their ceremony was at the Graceland Chapel, and yes Elvis was there in the flesh! Unfortunately the chapel did not allow photography (although I was able to sneak a shot of the kiss without getting kicked out). We also were able to take some photos at the Neon Museum which is basically a sign graveyard of all of the old signs of Las Vegas. The last night we ate at the restaurant at the top of the world which is a rotating room at the top of the Stratosphere. The view from the top at night was amazing but it was so incredibly cold on the observation deck that we could only take a few photos up there.
Anyway, as always I am talking too much, so make sure to check after the jump to see all of the photos from Liz and Mike’s amazing week in Las Vegas!
